NDG attorney Stephen R. Nehmad, Esq. recently obtained use variance approval, conditional use variance approval, d(6) variance relief for maximum building height, and bulk variance relief for maximum lot coverage and minimum number of parking spaces from the Township of Pittsgrove Planning Board in connection with the construction and establishment of a 962,500 sq. ft. general warehouse building, together with related site infrastructure including parking, stormwater management facilities, sanitary sewer and related site improvements.

Over the span of eight (8) all night hearings before the Pittsgrove Planning Board, Attorney Stephen Nehmad presented the Applicant's professionals' expert testimony in support of the necessary variance relief.

Ultimately the Board determined that the Applicant had satisfied the necessary standard for a grant of variance relief under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70d and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70c The Applicant sought bifurcated approval and will return to the Pittsgrove Planning Board for site plan approval at a later date.
