Keith A. Davis is managing partner of Nehmad Perillo & Davis, P.C. and concentrates in real estate development, commercial litigation, environmental law and all aspects of government law, from public procurement/bidding issues and redevelopment to zoning enforcement and liquor licenses. 

Keith is a graduate of St. Augustine Prep in Richland, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and obtained his law degree from Rutgers School of Law. Keith also holds a Master’s degree from Rutgers’ Bloustein School of Policy & Planning.

A law clerk for New Jersey Superior Court Judge L. Anthony Gibson (retired), Keith has primarily practiced in the area of real estate development, establishing himself as a pragmatic and effective advocate for his clients’ interests before local planning and zoning boards and state and county government agencies throughout the State of New Jersey. He is also a New Jersey registered lobbyist with background and relationships throughout executive and legislative branches of state, county and local governments. 

Keith is chairman of the Atlantic County Republican Committee and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Alcove Center for Grieving Children and Families, the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce and the Atlantic County Economic Alliance. He is legal counsel to the South Jersey Transportation Planning Organization and the Atlantic County Institute of Technology/Special Services School Board.  Previously, Keith served as legal counsel to the New Jersey Republican State Committee and the Casino Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA) in Atlantic City. 

Keith resides in Linwood with his two sons.
