Stephen Nehmad is widely recognized as one of New Jersey’s leading attorneys in the area of land use and real estate development law. Steve has represented numerous national companies as well as regional real estate developers, shopping centers and casinos in various land use matters throughout the state.
A graduate of Temple University and the Temple University School of law, Steve also represents clients in commercial litigation, condemnation and tax appeals.
He is a member of the board of the Atlantic-Cape Community College Foundation, the Egg Harbor Township Nature Reserve and the Hero Campaign for Designated Drivers.
