NDG attorney Michael Lario recently obtained preliminary and final major site plan approval for a large-scale residential development project in Deptford Township, New Jersey on behalf of a national homebuilder.

The proposed plan consisted of 273 residential units (189 townhomes and 84 multifamily apartment units), lighting, landscaping, stormwater management improvements, and recreational amenities including a clubhouse, community pool, fire pit, playgrounds, and pickleball courts.

Attorney Michael Lario and the NDG team successfully worked to satisfy the requirements of final site plan approval which allowed for the construction of a modern upscale rental community at the subject property.
