Salvatore Perillo concentrates in substantial commercial and construction litigation, redevelopment and tax abatement. Sal has over three decades of experience in the public sector. He has been city attorney in Newark, Atlantic County’s first full-time county counsel, Redevelopment Counsel for the Atlantic City Housing and Redevelopment Authority and chairman of the Atlantic County Transportation Authority. Sal has represented developers throughout the State on redevelopment projects and tax abatement agreements. Sal successfully negotiated the first long term tax abatement agreement in Atlantic City.

Sal also has extensive appellate court experience having successfully argued over one hundred cases in the Supreme Court and Appellate Divisions of New Jersey.

A graduate of Seton Hall University and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey School of Law, Sal has represented numerous developers and dozens of local governments and agencies in various capacities, including acting as special counsel in complex litigation matters and redevelopment projects.
