Stephen Nehmad is widely recognized as one of southern New Jersey’s leading attorneys in the area of land use law and real estate development. Steve has represented numerous local real estate developers as well as national corporations, regional shopping centers and casinos in various land use matters throughout the region. A graduate of Temple University and the Temple University School of law, Steve also represents clients in commercial litigation, condemnation and tax appeals.

He is a member of the board of the Atlantic-Cape Community College Foundation and the Art Dorrington Ice Hockey Foundation.
