Keith Davis concentrates in real estate development, environmental law, local government law, zoning and land use. Raised in Absecon and Galloway Township, Keith is a graduate of St. Augustine Prep in Richland, New Jersey. He received his undergraduate degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.  In addition to his law degree from Rutgers School of Law, Keith also holds a Masters in Public Policy from Rutgers.

After clerking for the respected Judge L. Anthony Gibson (retired), Keith has practiced law with Steve Nehmad and Sal Perillo since 2000 in the area of real estate development and zoning law, establishing himself as a pragmatic and effective advocate for his clients’ interests before local planning and zoning boards and state and county government agencies. Keith also serves as Chairman of the Atlantic County Republican Committee and is legal counsel to the Atlantic County Institute of Technology.

A resident of Linwood, Keith is married and the father of a son.
