Vincent L. Lamanna, Jr. serves as “Of Counsel” to the firm and maintains his practice from his office in Avalon, NJ.
Vince is an experienced attorney in local government and real estate law, representing clients in commercial transactions, real estate and land use development and is a court-approved civil mediator. He previously served as County Counsel to the County of Cape May and as attorney to several municipalities, land use boards, utilities authorities and government entities throughout Cape May County. Vince currently serves as trustee of the New Jersey Institute of Local Government Attorneys and holds a Diplomate in Local Government Law.
A past member of Stone Harbor Borough Council, Vince previously served on the Board of Governors of Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital (now Cape Regional Medical Center) and as president of the Stone Harbor Chamber of Commerce. He is a current trustee of the Helen L. Diller Vacation Home for Blind Children.
